Once a unit is ready, it takes 3–4 months until it gets sold (sometimes longer). I’m looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with:

Property purchasing support—mainly with data analysis and primary viewing
Furnishing & setup coordination—supplier and contractor relationship
Short-term rental management (Airbnb-style). I have the experience and can manage the permit and legal documents.
Basic data tracking & performance reporting
Sales support until exit

This is not a broker role and it is not a job. The candidate will work on revenue sharing and commission from this potential opportunity.
A real estate broker license is not required—practical experience with short-term rentals and a professional approach are important.
