Once a unit is ready, it takes up to six months until it gets sold (sometimes longer). Therefore, I need a candidate with extensive experience and a good network in short-term rental.

Tasks

I’m looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with:

  • Property purchasing support—mainly with data analysis and primary viewing
  • Furnishing & setup coordination—supplier and contractor relationship only.
  • Short-term rental management (Airbnb-style). I have the experience and can manage the permit and legal documents. However, this is the main task required from the candidate.
  • Basic data tracking & performance reporting
  • Sales support until exit

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Dubai in short term rental is a must – daily to monthly rental and a network within the city’s short term market.
  2. Professional English communication and presentation skills.
  3. Knowledge of CRM and data management is preferred.
  4. A driving licensee and ownership of a car is an advantage and can help the candidate to achieve their tasks easily and more professionally.

This is not a broker role, and it is not a full time job. The candidate can continue their current job until we grow to a level that full time input is needed. The candidate will work on an attractive revenue sharing and commission from this potential opportunity. I make sure, it is an attractive opportunity so for a qualified candidate, it will generate more than the regular salary.

A real estate broker license is not required—practical experience with short-term rentals and a professional approach are important.
